STALwork is a project carried out by the KEN High School Alumni and Friends Association in Stalowa Wola, in cooperation with KEN High School , with the help and support of the Stalowa Wola City Hall and local entrepreneurs and educational institutions.
We believe that STALwork can significantly contribute to the development of the local market, including the labor market, and the appropriate “equipping” of young people with knowledge of locally sought competencies, employment opportunities and local development can inhibit the outflow of young people from the market and make them willing to stay in Stalowa Wola and bind their professional future with it.
We hope that our solution will lay the groundwork for jointly consciously shaping the demand for specific professional competencies, strengthen the local labor market and contribute to improving the competitiveness of the local labor market.
